La Ville de Lorient et Lorient Agglomération engagées depuis près d’un an dans le projet européen EMPOWER et la Région Bretagne sur le projet régional smile : SEN1 – “plateforme territoriale et citoyenne” vous proposent une rencontre entre les écosystèmes du numérique et de l’énergie, qui mêlera collaboration, expertise technique, enjeux de financements, découverte des possibilités libres/open-source, et ateliers entre professionnels et passionnés.
