Dans le cadre du projet Interreg Europe EMPOWER, un travail très intéressant a été mené par le collectif « les Consometers », qui est né du groupe local de parties prenantes initié par le projet EMPOWER. En effet, les projets Interreg demandent la création de groupes de travail locaux: ALOEN a été en charge de mettre en place ce groupe sur le territoire de Lorient. Dans le cadre d’une commande passée par la Région Bretagne, le projet SEN, ce collectif s’est étoffé, s’est professionnalisé et est en capacité de produire aujourd’hui un ensemble de projets particulièrement innovants et intéressants.
L’un de ces projets, « les CONSOHEROZH » a pour but d’accompagner les citoyens au suivi de leurs consommations, par des dispositifs tous simples, en misant sur la création de communautés énergétiques et un suivi se basant sur les apports de la psychologie.

In the framework of the Interreg Europe EMPOWER project, a very interesting work has been carried out by the collective « les Consometers », which was born from the local stakeholder group initiated by the EMPOWER project. Indeed, Interreg projects require the creation of local working groups: ALOEN was in charge of setting up this group in the territory of Lorient. Within the framework of an order placed by the Region of Brittany, the SEN project, this group has grown, become more professional and is now able to produce a set of particularly innovative and interesting projects.
One of these projects, « les CONSOHEROZH », aims to support citizens in monitoring their consumption, through very simple devices, by focusing on the creation of energy communities and monitoring based on the contributions of psychology.
